CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT

A typical workout is a far cry from what you will get at Patton Boxing Fitness!

Sessions run 60 minutes from beginning to end. The goal is based on your desires and current physical condition. I want fun to be a part of every workout yet never losing focus of why you are here.

Clients 18 years old + Accepted

Boxers need everything the body can produce. That includes strength, cardio, endurance, balance and coordination! It is important to keep the body guessing so that your workout time yields maximum results. Therefore workouts will change constantly and involve timed interval training, set repetition training or even a combination of both strategies.

Activities will involve boxing skill drills such as speed-bag, heavy-bag, sparring drills to bodyweight drills to weight training drills to footwork drills! The ultimate goal being to develop that sculpted healthier and fit you!

The Couples Boxing class at Patton Boxing Fitness is a 60 minute cardio and strength beast! The class is led by a certified boxing instructor who is experienced in not only challenging each and every participant, but he does so in a way to target individual fitness levels.

The primary structure of the class is interval training. There is that great cardio blast followed by short periods of rest. Not only will you get a great physical workout, but boxing is a wonderful way to relieve stress and to improve one’s mental health.

As the instructor of the this course, I focus on each and every individual during the 60 minutes, which gives everyone the one on one feel of a personal trainer in a group boxing setting.

What and experience! Working with Mark helps to condition my mind as well as my body. So many exercises are focused only on repetitive motion and “Sets”. With Mark you never know what you are going to get. His workouts make you focus on speed, endurance, accuracy and form. I usually schedule my workouts with Mark after work so that I can pound out my frustrations while taking off some pounds. I must say I am now in better shape than I was when I was in high school!

My proudest fete is being a mother of five. Being a mother of five means little or no time for me. Between taking kids to sporting events, staying up late with homework assignments, you would think I had enough physical activity to stay in shape. The kids have their activities, my husband plays golf weekly, but what did I do for myself. I’ve tried buying equipment to work out on my own, but never had the discipline. That all changed when I met Mark! I was looking for something unique, something different and something fun. I never exercised in a consistent manner and was nervous about whether or not I could handle the workout. I signed up. I was asked what I wanted to get out of the program. I didn’t want to become a professional boxer, but I didn’t want to be a frail old woman either! The one-on-one attention is phenomenal. The session is about me! 14 weeks later, my husband has commented about how my arms and legs are looking good! Best I ever felt!

I worked out with Mark for about 5 years before he relocated to Florida. I was in the best shape of my life! I miss my workouts with Mark immensely. He makes the workouts fun, but challenging. I couldn’t do a push-up before I started the boxing fitness but Mark worked to build my core and overall strength and before I knew it I was doing hundreds of pushups in a single workout.
